October 7 2025 around 2pm, something spooked a horse with a lone female cart driver who fortunately had no passengers at the time. This is paramedics attending the poor young woman who was badly injured but would live and the horse broke loose when the cart hit the street lamp standard and harness broke and bucked a few times before tearing off into the streets nearby.
